I NEVER want to see snow again!
Wanna know why??? Because we were WITHOUT power from about 6 pm last night until about 6 am this morning!
Do you know how hard it is to keep little kids happy in the dark, freezing cold house??? (not to mention Dakota!)
AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!
And apparently we were just about the only neighborhood without power last night in our area- so my question is, WHAT TOOK SOOOOO LONG??? I could understand if the WHOLE service area was out, but all of my older kids friends had power at their houses! Guess that’s what we get for moving to “cow” country (banging head on hard brick wall many, many times!)
I seriously thought my poor little babies were going to freeze to death… (I know, a bit overdramatic).
So I will be just fine if I NEVER see snow again. Period! My kids are loving it though, they are out of school today since everthing froze last night~

OH nooooo! Trust me, I completely understand. Although, 6 hrs, well that was nothing, try WEEKS! I am sorry you were w/out power, it sucks. It is hard to get a 2 yr old to understand why the tv and light won’t come on lol! Glad you are all ok!
